When you fill out our form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, town and trade. We use it to build your website, contact you about it and run your account.
We use Cloudflare to host our sites and store information, Google to send us email notices, Stripe for payments, and a texting service to send texts. We do not sell your information or use it for ads.
If you send our form, you agree to get texts from ZipChief about your website and account. How often depends on your account, for example a link to your site, previews of changes and job request alerts. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We keep your account information while you are a customer and up to 12 months after. Form requests that do not become customers are deleted after 12 months.

If we change this page, we will post the new version here with a new date.
